Your thery is plausable, it has never been said that more then 1 bejuu can’t be sealed in the same person but even thought it is plausable it is still unlikely for the simple fact the pain is nothing but Madara’s Pawn, Madara is useing pain to further his own goals even thought we don’t actualy know what those goals are. If it was a simple matter of crushing the leaf chances are Madara could have easily destroyed the leaf when it was weakened after orchumaru’s attack.
But there is still the matter that madara wants all the bijuu and we have no idea why, it it was a simple matter of chackra all he would need is the nine tails cause it is supose to have an unlimited suply.

If he’s “God,” there’s no one who’s ahead of you. No one gets in front of your goals and ideals. You are absolute and resolute in all that you do (at least in your own mind). Now Madara is definitely a mystery. Having the most powerful Sharingan in history means jack if you go against the Rinnegan. Being the strongest of all eye ge-kei-gen-kai (pardon my spelling) mean that no matter how strong a Sharingan, or how strong a Byakugan you have; in front of the Rinnegan; you ain’t nothing. With this in mind there had to be more to Madara. To be able to have the respect of Pein/ Nagato; Madara must have more up his sleave than the EMS.

its impossible for more that one demon to be sealed away inside a human being. first off, from what we’ve seen throughout the series, the human vessel, takes on physical characteristics tied to their demons, gaara has slanted eyes, like shukaku. naruto has whiskers, and a hotheaded attitude, that might possibly be lightly influenced by the fox’s aggression. the 8 tails, had bulls horns tattooed on his cheek. and yugito had very accute facial features. their attitudes, behaviors, and mannerisms also seem to be attributed to by the demons themselves, so if naruto gets pissed, his fighting style slightly changes and becomes more animalistic like the fox, if he also had the 8 tails inside him, which is mostly calm, and the fox, being the beast of rage and bloodlust at the same time, what mental effects would that have on the boy?, he’d become an unstable, confused, and uncontrollable person, thats hardly even human. when he releases the demons power, what form does he take? sealing all the demons inside a single human….inconceivable…
Oh my god!!!!! Now where talking, Im so happy, finally Pain is in Konoha… I thing there will be very interesting fights betwen the jounings and Pain pals. Also I wonder if there`s going to be a desission fight betwen Kakashi and Pain or maibe Tsunade and Pain and then someone dies, because someone is going to die soon. And maybe Naruto apears at the latest moment also Sasuke and they fight. Im not sure but im so happy. Come on Kishi let the accion begings!!!! and the blood runnnnn, no im kidding.
Hey am I the only one that hate Karin? The latest chapter I had to see his ugly face again, and with change of look, why Kishi dont do that with Sakura im not feeling that! Im not sakura greatest fan but heyyy if shes going to be with naruto at the end at lest make her look a little bit good.

I think he was able to do that, not only because Naruto was also denying his powers, but because at that time Sasuke had already developed his normal Sharingan a lot, and he knew about the MS being able to control Kyuubi, since he went to the Uchiha’s secret room, so I think he tried to do a bit with normal Sharingan, due to all the circumstances in that moment, he could.
So now I think MS can control the fox even inside Naruto, but the problem to Madara imo is that he can only control the amount of chakra that is not sealed, so to fully control the fox again he needs to extract it all first.

About the Bijuu being all sealed into Pain, I think “five finger knuckelhead” gave a good reply to that, I don’t know if you read OP, but it would be like a single person eating 2 Devil Fruits.
Now about Pain and Madara, it’s obvious that they don’t trust each other, but there isn’t almost villain who trust a single person, if you look closely, there isn’t/wasn’t a single member of Akatsuki who truly trusted another member (maybe the exception being Pain and Konan, maybe) they were all together to achieve their common goal: World Domination. About their eyes, don’t forget that doujutsu is just a tool, even if you have the most powerful tool you can be defeated by a person who has more skill than you. Pain refers to himself as a God and what you said is reasonable, but I think Madara is already expecting that. And I really think Madara’s goal and also Pain’s is World Domination, and more specifically the way to do it and its consequences. Let’s see, for Pain world domination will mean he can give people all the pain he wants to, “to make people grow up” that is the consequence. To Madara the way to do it, fighting controlling all the wars, what Madara loves most are fights and war, and of course he also wants control. So their goals come together, of course in the end, AFTER the goal achieved they would try to kill each other to be the solo ruler, but the problem is, they will not achieve it, and they probably will not get the Kyuubi because that would kill Naruto.
