Didn’t see that thing coming lol.
I don’t know why some people are saying this fight is too long, it’s only been 2 chapters, 3 including this one. That’s with cuts to Naruto’s training as well. That’s the same as a single normal anime episode (normal meaning when its not deliberately stretched out with staredowns, filler material, and repetitive flashbacks). I think the pacing is actually pretty good here. It just seems long cuz you wait a week for each chapter, even 2 weeks for this last one. If you go back and reread the manga you’ll notice parts that seemed really long when read chapter by chapter are actually pretty short.
