As far as BB recruiting ppl in ID lvl 6, I bet that was on the paper that Doflamingo showed him at the dinner. a list of all those in lvl 6. and seeing that they all HATE WB, I can see them joining. (corse that will cause a lil conflict later because everyone in lvl 6 tried to become PK. and its only a matter of time before they betray BB for the title)

Luffy vs BB Zoro vs Shiryuu Usopp vs Van Augar Franky vs Jesus Burgass Sanji vs Laffitte Chopper vs Dr.Q and Stronger
corse we wont know the true list because we are not sure what position half of BB’s crew has.

SO jimbei intends to revenge arlong. Ok guys last night I was about to fall asleep then all of a sudden this OP chapter appeared in my mind, the chapter in BOa hancocks island where this girl with a bow and arrows could destroy a big boulder with an arrow with applied haki on it…..Maybe luffy will have a flashback of that incident and will do the same to destroy the gates, but with some special hybrid attack between Mr.3 and him with applied haki.

and Buggy still currently has 15 million bounty. hence why he was put in lvl 1. his inability to take out a single bluegori with his so called “strongest attack” is a way to show that he is weak. the only strengh that he has is immunity to blade attacks.and that can only get you so far.
as far as a Luffy Vs Jimbei fight. that would be interesting. even though Arlong got what he deserves. guess fishmen stick together. unless news of Luffy fighting the World Nobles to protect Hatchan is mentioned.
to Daniel and Jack Brimstone well, you got a point there, but Buggy probably was weaken from the prison and therefore possible not being able to use his ultimate attack. it’s probably that kind of attack that empty you when you use it.
personally, I wonder how he got caught in the first place. more importaintly, how he got caught, but how whole crew escaped.
but it would be interesting how his journey is gonna be after this arc, seeing that the Marine truely believe he is on equal power level as Shanks.

Buggy is weak man, with a capital W lol, he couldn’t defeat a single Bluegori. Luffy back in the days would defeat him, with or without Nami.
