Sorry but that code has nothing to do with Naruto’s seal or something related to Naruto’s jutsu.
The information about the seal and the new Jutsu is on the Frog Scroll that was also present in Tsunade’s office, that’s were the “key” is. Jiraya left that to Naruto even before he went to fight Pain, so if he indeed was killed Naruto could own the key.
The code is about Pain’s true identity, remember that Jiraya only make it, because when he was inside that barrier he decided to go back and confirm Pain’s true identity, but when he realized that, all the “Pain’s” stroked at him, he only “came back to life” to write that code about what he had discovered about Pain, so his sacrifice wouldn’t be in vain.

i think the anime contains a little bit of information but a lot of differences its
almost like it has its own universe and timeframe. it is common from a
manga/comics to be different from anime/cartoons look as example the spider
man series in comics its different in cartoons and again its different in movie.
my point is the true story of naruto is the one thats on manga made by the
author himself kishi. the manga only had the authorization of kishi but the
company have rights to change that as long as kishi will approved it, not to
mention if he’s getting paid a lot meaning the company can actually screw
kishi’s storyline.

In every coded message you need a “key” of some sort, more like a code word or number to break the coded message. If Jiraya had resealed it directly when he opend it a little, he wouldn’t have been so close to dying. Doesn’t prove the sealing needs Kyubi chackra. It only proves that Naruto can’t control it. It could aswell mean that you need to open the crack completly to be able to reseal it. It can mean all this, and alot more. Although you have the right evidence, your portraying it to favor your own theories. Like religous people do with their various holy scripts. Say your opinions objectivly or you loose credibility.

And of course it has never been done before, because it wasn’t necessary until now, what Jiraya did was exactly the opposite.

You do need (as far as we know) a big friggin’ amount of chackra and a allmighty talent for concentrating/an ability to make upp for that (kage bunshins, or something like that)

Daniel from that page I can say it just proves my point, if the seal is remade it will be fortifyed will it not? In the original translation I read it didn’t exacly say what it says on that page, but this still aplys to what I wrote.
