off his mask you will see an eye patch ribbon on top of his right eye. i dont
know it could be the eyebrow but it is so thin, straight, and to long and high to

I really doubt that, first because even people with sharingan isn’t able (at least we never saw) to copy Rasengan, second, Jiraya did that Cho Odoma Rasengan in seconds or less, it would be hard to witness something useful and third Pain didn’t got hit, that Fat body absorbed it like with that Hermit attack.
Besides I think it would be lame to see Pain using Rasengan, it is Naruto’s only now, left by his father and his godfather. It’s not Pain’s style, but again Kishi skipped a lot of that fight so we didn’t saw everything, he clearly hide Pain’s abilities, so he can surprise us later, but I don’t think he will use Rasengan.
Just a taught: Remember when Jiraya tells Naruto to not use “that” jutsu in Gaara’s arc? Many people said it was Odoma Rasengan, but it could be Cho Odoma Rasengan, Naruto have more than enough chakra to do that. We also know that Rasenshuriken is at 50%, so imagine if Naruto will perform in near future the Fuuton: Cho Odoma Rasenshuriken.

i have two things to say:
