if i had to guess, Shinji was conducting hollowfication against regular souls with no success but Aizen took in Ichimaru and together they’ve started doing it on high-level shinigamis.
perhaps… at any rate.. kensei seem’d like he knew his assailant.. but man kisuke really is a genius… and im startin to understand why yoruichi left as well..
Yo this is awesome since those two grow up together they are pretty much good friends. In my opinion, the other who has been touch by Vaizards will become Vaizards due to the fact that the Vaizards story just began I wouldn’t doubt that theory for now. Also I think Kisuke and the other will arrive in time to stop Kensei and Mashiro.
So far the show has stated that Urahara stopped being a captain because he was exiled when he created a special gigai thata could not be traced by soul society and that made the person wearing it human. Also, he might not even be responible for all this, but i really dont know. As i recall in the last chapter someone attacked Kensei to get him like that so i dont really think Urahara is behind this.
The Vaizard don’t have that kind of release. That hollow form belongs to their inner hollow, it only appears when the Vaizard can’t control the his hollow, but when they are able to control it, the only thing you see is the mask, the power is almost the same but controled.
Arrancar are diferent, they don’t have really Zanpakutou, they just seal their true Hollow form in the sword and when it is released they transform in almost perfect Hollows.
Vaizard use real Zanpakutou, the sword release doesn’t change because their are Vaizard, just look at Ichigo. They can still use all Shinigami powers, the Hollow Mask gives them just more Power, Speed and Hollow powers like Cero. If they transformed in that “thing” it meant they had lost control of their inner hollow.

I don’t think that’s that. The ones we saw, so far, are Kensei’s and Mashiro’s incomplete hollow forms. This is the same as when Ichigo is trying to subdue his inner hollow when he battled it for control. So we can safely say that, right now, Kensei and Mashiro are fighting their inner hollows. Plus, arrancars, much less hollows, have an ego that controls the body. This “thing” doesn’t. It only has very basic set of primal instincts. It can’t even talk properly. So we could also say that this “thing” is just a mindless brute waiting for an ego to be dominant.
Now, if we take into account that Mashiro was the only Vizard who was able to maintain her Vizard form for fifteen hours on her first attempt, Mashiro not killing Rose instantly when she had the chance, the only visible change on her physical form is the mask, it is a good argument that Mashiro is somewhat protecting Kensei from Rose and Risa and the others and that she is aware of what is happening and her Shinigami mind is dominant. We will just have to wait for her to talk.
Judging by what Shinji and Rose said, it seems that Kensei is that day’s Kenpachi and the Ninth Division could be the frontlines in battle, much like today’s Tenth Division.
With regards to Kurosaki Isshin, the bleach templates says that he and Shigekuni Yamamoto-Genry?sai goes all the way back, he has the fastest flash step in history, and that Vasto Lordes are like flies to him. That’s how strong he was.
Yes that’s it, this Hollow form just appears when the Shinigami and his inner Hollow are battling for dominance, and when the Shinigami gain control, it is reduced to the Mask. Maybe when the inner Hollow is in control that form can appear, but we never saw the hollow in control. Only in Ichigo vs Byakuya, and Ichigo regained control very quickly, so we can’t be sure of that.

The thing about Isshin? Well, I got it from a Naruto/Bleach fan who, somehow, can view the Naruto and Bleach storyboard templates straight from the writers. I know this may sound silly and stupid but I didn’t believed it at first also. It was only when Madara revealed in Naruto that Itachi isn’t a villain as most of us had thought that I somehow started to believe him.
These “templates” are like flowcharts, according to him. the writers lays out all the events that they want to happen and they choose which happens and which aren’t.
